Mountain Paradise
Mari's Meadow is a 29 lot deed restricted neighborhood located in the heart of Maggie Valley, North Carolina.
The lots are on flat land and surrounded by year round mountain views. Public water, sewer and garbage collection is available. Spectrum cable/internet is available.
Mari's Meadow is located next door to the popular neighborhood Crockett's Meadow. And similar to Crockett's, the homes will all be cabin style with metal roofs, lawn mowing included in the HOA dues. These new homesites are larger than the lots in Crockett's Meadow which will allow more building options. Ideal as a primary residence, second home, or vacation rental.
